Gingerman is a fun track that is inexpensive to run. Autobahn is much closer than Grattan (but not nearly as fun). Mid-Ohio is pretty much a must have in my opinion. If you can swing it, make it out there as well. |

I'm centrally located-- everything is at least 5 hours away.
Ran Mid-Ohio last year for three days at Oktoberfest, and it's a great track. Probably won't do it again this year. The weekends I'm looking at, I've got to choose between Gingerman and Road America-- so far I'm giving Road America the nod.

Needless to say, I'm happy to live a hour from there. I have a free 2-day weekend that I can use at Mid-Ohio this upcoming year via NASA |

Just ran Laguna again today. Got an official 1:47:933 via CMS Lap Timer on my iPhone 4. Uploaded it under CMS's official lap records database under Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. Not many people have uploaded times via this app, so I'm currently 1st rank -_-
Here's a quick pic of the data from that specific session: Last edited by mfanatic325; 02-18-2013 at 11:58 PM.. |

Yes, I have plans for a new set of wheels (downgrading to 18" for track-use), and R-comps. Excited, because I feel I'm finally ready for them at the pace I'm currently running

This weekend at SoW will be my first weekend tracking the Z4M. Have only been in my FR-S. How do you guys think the Z4m would do completely stock with only tires and brakefluid? Anything I need to look out for? Will brake pads be 100% necessary?

Got my best lap time down to 1:55.87 per HLT. Almost a full 5 seconds better than my first trip the the track. We were running the Keyhole configuration with the bus stop/chicane. This was with my 3.0si Coupe, Michelin PSSs, Hawk HP+ pads.

FYI if any of you are wondering why your times haven't been updated, you'l need to post some proof, screen shot of lap time, link to mylaps, vids, anything. Hate to be a PITA but if you can provide the lap time, shouldn't be too hard to show the source of your data =)
