Ideal Ride Height & Rake for Handling?
With my new coilovers, I've set the ride height to my liking based on aesthetics and some practicality (ie front not bottoming out) but what height determines optimal handling on the track? Also should the stance be even or a slight front rake? Any suggestions?

I would check out this thread.
http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=674912 I have not heard of rake being preferred for handling. I know a lot of the e46 m3 track guys and Ground Control prefers the rear to be dropped for handling (the opposite of rake). |

Low is good as long as suspension travel isn't compromised. I have a very slight forward rake, but I wouldn't worry about for/aft rake too much. What you really need is corner balancing.
