St. John's Z4's
Okay guys, I know you are out there; I've seen quite a few Z4 roadsters in St. John's this year - E85 and E89. I know there are others throughout the province. One fellow at the dealer here remarked to me yesterday that there are so many Z4's on The Rock that we should start an owner's club. Time to come forward and show yourself!
Cheers!!!

Well then I guess after browsing this forum for years now I have a good reason to post. I present my new to me 2007 Z4 3.0si. I think I may be the person who purchased a car the farthest away from them. I live in St. John's and I purchased the car from Victoria BMW in British Columbia, literally one end of the country to the other. It was trained to Toronto where my wife and I picked it up and drove 3100km and one ferry ride home in 4 days. Absolutely awesome, we would go back and do it again in a heartbeat.
This shot is from Cape Spear, most easterly point in North America Ctrl-Z

Great car!!!!
Oh come on ! 66 views and no posts but one? Chickens! I saw a black 2.5i parked on Harbour drive yesterday, and last week, a black 3.0i with style 107 ellipsoid wheels on Water Street heading west by the Railway Coastal Museum.

The first photo really shows off the beautiful lines of the car. The angle and lighting is ...well.... perfect IMHO.

Wish I was there guys. Well, I'm actually there 3 -4 times a year visiting my lady. But to drive the avalon in a Z4... jealous!
Next week I'm trading my 2010 Camaro SS/RS for a 2006 M Roadster and can't wait to fullfill a longtime fascination for open top, two seat motoring. Can't do it through Newfoundland though, so I'll have to settle for the Rocky Mountains! lol |

This should be called Newfoundland Z4's
I'm really CRAVING my car lately..it makes my trips back home so much more exciting though. People think I'm crazy to have my Z4 in Newfoundland when I live in Fort Mcmurray but I really just don't need a vehicle here I take the bus to work and don't do a whole lot of travelling on my days off anyway. Also the roads here are worse than in Newfoundland. Just thinking about cruising around on a hot day with the top down gives me a rush lol. When I go home for 5 or 6 weeks this summer I wanna do some travelling around the island and get lots of cool pics. Oh and here's a pic of my Z, for those of you who haven't saw it..I know Huz have. It's Huz's twin Last edited by Newff; 03-18-2012 at 03:09 PM.. |

Hey Huz,
Time to print up some fliers pointing them to the forum, along with the club idea and this thread, and slap them under their wipers. Or, buy up some Zpost stickers from Nikki and add those along with the flyer! (Some of the 60+ views ain't from folks on The Rock-like me-we're messing up your stats! ) Last edited by Finnegan; 03-18-2012 at 05:47 PM.. |

But alas I just have to scratch that itch too often. And I don't get months off at a time. So I'll settle on trips through Alberta/ BC. One day though...

Its amazing; I am seeing "new" E85 Z4's all over the place here these days, yet none of them seem to have visited this forum.
