Inspection 1 on 07 M Coupe

I have 26000 miles on my 07 M coupe ( it will be 4 years old Aug/11) and am about to take it out of storage .
I contacted a Dealer in NH to set up an appointment to have the Service 1 done an was informed by the SM that he could not do it until it came up as due on the service reminder. I explained to him that another dealer had reset the reminder last April when an oil change was done after coming out of storage ( Customer pay service). Under the maintenance plan the car has had the 1200 mile service done and 1 oil service (sept.09)- I do my own servicing .
Any suggestions as to how I can get the service done before spring track season starts?

The biggest piece of Inspection I is the valve adjustments; either do it yourself or find an independent shop. I believe it's 5-6 hours to do it right.
