I just don't think the siphon can work when the fuel in the fuel line gets interrupted briefly - it needs a steady flow on the suction side for the venturi to work.
I'm sorry you experience it as well, but hey, we have a solution. Indeed, a second pump works, and it didn't take me long to get in there and install the items. At least for wiring, you don't have to do anything special. I wish I took more photos but if you need some mental help if/when you decide to do it, let me know. You will need a video camera to look in there. I used this to help me see what I was doing: DEPSTECH Dual Lens Endoscope, 1080P HD Borescope Inspection Camera with Light, Split Screen https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It was some cheap endoscope with good lighting. Side note, I'm glad someone else on this forum is actively racing their Z4 and is on here sharing their experience. Feels like we are a rare bunch on here but it helps keep these things going!
