I am very interested in this as well. I almost bought a kit but was worried how it was would interact with alphaN tuning. Every S54 application I have seen this run with is running it with the MAF based tune. If you end up going this route I am very interested to hear your results. I only hear great things about this kit and I have e85 easily available to me.
