My Z4 MC came with a spare set of VMR Wheels (VB3/V703) with a square set up of 18 x 8.5 (ET 40) and tire size 255/35 R18. Would it be helpful run a spacer in the rear, if so what size? I happen to have a pair of 15 mm spacers with longer lug bolts, would that be appropriate?

The prior owner ran the rears without a spacer, but someone said they didn't look flush.
