They are cut but the thing is I'm not done with the full exterior modifications so now some stuff may look out of place, I will be getting a new Bumper, new side skirt, new splitter, new wing spoiler, new paint job and maybe some new mirrors.
The Hood Louvers are functional, I did not want spend 5k for a VRS Hood if it did not look as bad this way.
the vent's are 17" long and 6" wide and they are heat extractors for nature.
