Could be steering angle sensor, wheel sensor, or the DCS/ABS pump. In my case it was the pump. I could clear the code but it would come right back again the next time DCS was triggered.
Some folks have been able to clear a steering angle code by turning the rack fully lock-to-lock a few times. My guess is that it resets and/or frees up the sensor.
