So I’m driving, fast right turn and a yellow word “brake” and the yellow triangle with the circle around it came on. Both yellow and at the same time. Wasn’t running as well on way home .

This is not a flashing light, it’s on and solid and does not go off.
What is this?

I have a code reader? Gonna look now

What caused this and does it happen often
