Companies going through hard times , COVID killed a lot of them !
It changed very quickly here . The companies are everything ,and the employees zero , just a number !
I'm part of the system as well , actually everyone has to fight !
The companies "must" survive otherwise all the people end up jobless and poor !
You can see it as "survival" for the companies + the employees !
