It's up to you. It's ready for installation out of the box since I requested it to be glossy gel-coated with UV protection. You can install as is, or paint match it or paint match part of it to create some design cues. It's really a personal choice. If it's the FRP version, you'll have to paint match it regardless or leave it semi gloss black.
