I doubt its the heat, Ive been running mine for 2 seasons now, and it doesn't get hotter anywhere then where I live. My last session I had to retire as it was getting to hot. Everything gets really hot on mine, zero failure.. (so far anyhows) I do think its a consumable part, but 4 sessions isn't much...
