Then I should congratulate ESS, because my AFR readings are a steady 12.6 - 13.1 with an average of 12.8. The techs said it was one of the best tunes they've seen in a while (Mustang dyno btw). I'm running a 93 OCT tune with my DirectFlash (

Either OP has bunk tune, or there are other issues at play. Crossed O2's I think you can eliminate, because you'll know about it right away.
