I just wish there was a way around OBD readiness for emissions tests (NJ)
If there was I'd be all over this, Its the final piece of my M's mod puzzle,
I talked to Roman when I got my ESS tune and he said he can turn off the CEL but the DME would come back "not ready" when they plugged it in on a inspection, and fail (in NJ)
So that popped my header bubble
