And if they are looking just to add weight at that age fighting that metabolism....they are going to have to eat "dirty". Eating clean 90% of the time isn't going to cut it.
Got me curious now. Think I'm close to 4k a day but since I'm not eating nearly as much crap as before seems hard to get there.
