Sounds easy, but those trim pieces have some narrow plastic edges and need to be handled firmly, but very carefully. I broke a few pieces and had to glue them back and sand afterwards - it was a long process, but worth it.

Also, use a tooth brush and cleaner on the steering wheel stitching. Again, mine was pretty gross with all the shmutz accumulation, but cleaned up well.
