Answer to my question is I was able to get 2.2 neg camber up front after moving them all the way outward in the slots.
Just an FYI, The shop that did a crap job was Bimmerworks in Chester Springs, PA. Stay away from this place. The forum had good things to say about the place however my experience is far from stellar. Owner told the mechanic not to even try to move the struts out since it had the fixed plates on them. Other issues as well with over charging for work.
