KC native here. I've got nothing to add to this thread other than:

1) My son is 14 and is driving. He seems WAY TOO young to be driving, but with the way the rules are now written, if he wants to driving by himself at 17, he has to get the permit at 14.

2) Joe's KC is BY FAR the best BBQ in KC. No debating this.

If you want the full Joe's experience, go the original one in the gas station in Kansas City, Kansas.

3) The Royal's suck.
