I did the same years ago when I picked up a Z4 Coupe with 62k miles. I ended up doing new OEM ZHP control Arms, CABs, KW V1, New front mounts, and rogue RSMs. That car drove incredibly well for 65k miles before I sold it. Also got rid of the run flats. I'd definitely go for the kw due to the corrosion resistant struts.
