Dumb question, but I would rather know before I start: What does this mean?

Does that mean that with the window already down to push the window button all the way down (auto down) four times within 10 seconds?
Then for the second part when it says "• Open door window glass fully" does it matter if you use the manual down or auto down position of the window button?
