You should be able to get it out. A screw extractor set like above and some gentle heat is your best bet. If you can carefully drill the ID of the bleeder larger you could use the next size up extractor. Be careful of the heat brake fluid is flammable.

Worst case scenario remove the caliper from the car and carry it into a competent mechanic/ machinist. They should be able to make quick work of it.
