I finally read the Owner Manual and it stated that refill once the range is within 30 miles. Will never take that chance again!!!

LOL!!! this is actually great news!! don't feel silly for this; I've occasionally pressed the limit of the "low gas" light. Its good to know that your car is in perfect working order! You've also done a good service for the rest of us who might be tempted to press the limit and find ourselves in a similar situation with a dead car, but perhaps in a nasty or remote area!!
