It definitely improve aesthetics in my opinion; A nice piece of CF artwork under the engine bay.
The installation is pretty straight forward. There are a couple of areas to pay attention to as
XMetal mentioned and linked in an above post.
I also modified the installation a little bit to clean things up and create more clearance in the "problem area."
