May I suggest the app "joinr" for the trip? pretty cool app...all participants create an account and it tracks on Google maps where everyone is on the trip

That app is a great suggestion. I know a couple of cars split from us last time and took them a while to get back.
I think end of May would be a great time to plan something. May be a week before or after the long weekend.
