I used vorshlag camber plates with swift springs and those fit normal.
If you want to use the KW camber plates that come with the KW CS kit you need to get 61mm springs or grind down the camber plate perch a little to have a snug fit, it's not a big problem, you can do it with some sand paper.
For the spring lengths, I went with 6inch 600 springs in the rear and that was a big mistake because i cannot lower anymore but it's not a problem for me since i like the car's balance. No perch was used in the rear.
In the front i went with 7 inch 500 springs
