I have a Grom unit in my car that replaces the multi CD changer in the trunk. Works fairly well. I'm not sure exactly which unit it is because previous owner bought it but I can check the service records to see if it's there. Their products do seem to be readily available.

If you have the 3.5 mm AUX jack under your dashboard you could get a very small bluetooth adapter and plug it into the 12V port near the shifter for power and into there for sound. Not the cleanest looking solution but functional. I think only later cars have this AUX jack but I'm not sure. I know someone who has a NC2 Miata with a 12V port and AUX jack next to each other and it works really well and doesn't look too bad with the cable neatly coiled.
