I feel your pain brother, I have the same problem as well, even after installing Vibra-Technics engine mounts and Rogue engineering transmission mounts. Luckily I have no problem shifting into 2nd gear at wide open throttle, it usually occurs at lower rpms, under 3k rpms.
I read on here to pull the shift lever to the left while shifting down into 2nd, and that DOES work, but I fergot sometimes as this is not my only car. My next try is to swap tranny fluid, and I'll be trying the GM Syncromesh fluid.
