One option to address this is to provide benefits, theoretically it results in less turnover and maybe even higher production, regardless, that's my problem.

My question is, for about 250 staff working an average of say 25 hours per week, any idea what half decent group benefits would cost us?
Are they localized?

Consider Direct Primary Care (if available in your area) with an attached free generic plan (which should cover about 80% of your needs), and a catastrophic rider. Dental and vision cost pennies. Depending on your census you'd be in for less than 160 per person per month for singles and about 210 to 240 for a family of 4.

Belay this. A bump from 17 months ago.
