That people were buying automatic omega watches at Costco pulling out the eta movement and replacing with cheapo Russian movements, then returning the watch?
Heard that at Nordstrom women were buying expensive cosmetic creams, scooping out all the cream and replacing it with drug store crap, then saying they had allergic reactions to the expensive cream. Nordstrom had to return the returned items to the manufacturer who tested them for refunds and determined this is what had been going on.
