Notes: If your still concerned about a friend spending so much? He made almost 1/2 mill profit/appreciation on his home, he bought a $250k condo and a new Truck on that cash plus had some reserves for investing, got a decent job at a marina to just keep busy (did not blow all that cash) just a few shiny things and tips to Tiffany and the "nut gobbler"
