Investing is REALLY simple assuming:
1) You're patient and in it for the long haul
2) You select a few well chosen index funds, stocks, bonds (you don't need some massive portfolio)
3) You're not a get rich quick type
4) You get started early and put in as much as you can afford

Funny - I know what you do for a living, I believe you are aware of my background and what I do for a living. I respect your insight (other than perhaps some of your political views - haha!)
Yet - others who 'think they know better' have other ideas.
