Unlikely that it would include a subscription if it's through ECS.
I have a less elegant but more versatile solution.
Radio from Sirius in a vent-clip dock plugged into the aux.
Pop the radio out when I get home and dock it in the house with an FM modulator.
Listen on any FM radio in the house.
Car and home on one subscription.
