Thanks Al, yes there a couple people are lined up behind the current buyer. So it's effectively sold already. Did not anticipate it would be similar to when you sold the car to me.
Deposit placed, PPI complete, buyer (I'll let him identify himself if he chooses) is booking his flight out. Happy and sad day at the same time, but have to look forward.
