Have always loved the BMW Motorsport D-Ring wheel. This and the Momo mod 88 are the closest I have found. Really enjoy the look and feel of this wheel 
Pros:- Easier to get in and out with steering wheel removed
- Better feel in hand IMO
- Enhanced steering response with slightly smaller wheel
Cons:- Loss of steering wheel buttons/controls other than the horn
- Dealing with airbag/airbag light
- Modifications to wire horn and make short hub fit are tough to reverse
