Absolutely not slippery at all. I also used it on my Z4M Coupe which has Nappa Leather without any issue.
Sure, black seats are probably not as bad when it come to staining but I had experience with the Black seats get stain from French fries grease, Sunblock and just plain old sweat (such is life with kids). The coating will probably help prevent the contaminants soaked in hence easier to clean for sure.
