In Monaco the streets are open for all public the same evening of the Sunday race. Deconstruction of the F1 gear happens fast once the race ended. Roadies of teams are used to packing quickly to move all gear to the next race circuit. Rather quickly after the race you can already walk the circuit. In the evening all traffic is allowed again.

It's amazing to drive the streets and famous tunnel section with normal traffic on Sunday evening, as if nothing happened, knowing that F1 cars (already inside transport trucks in the meantime) were fighting at those very places earlier that day.
