In doing some more research I think the ideal "useful" setup is 265/35/18 square with 9.5" wheel to maximize contact patch and make for an "easier" setup without modifying the coilovers or car. Definitely will need spaces to play around with to get things to fit right and at least 2.5 degrees of camber up front but likely closer to 3.

My front wheel now is a 8x8.5 Et35 with PSS4 245/40/18 and there is an inch or roughly 25mm on the outside of the tire and good clearance on the inside as well so if I go to 9.5 wheel with 265mm width with spacer I should be okay with some finesse with 265s up front.

Tire wise I was thinking RE71R, ZIII, or RS4. PSS4 are just too soft of a sidewall for aggressive use. RS4 was recommended as a good all arounder though I had RS3s and they were really bad in the wet and okay dry though noisy.
