if you hit them on their edge, straight on i can see them tearing their screw mounts loose. plus i know it is only fractions of an inch.... but it is actually lowering the spoiler to the ground a bit. and call me crazy, but it's making the lower lip very ridgid... i wonder if i don't want some flexiblity in the plastic if i did scrape.... how would the impact be absorbed? would the displacement possibly create a greater risk for paint to craze? perhaps i'm over thinking it.... but these are my concerns.... but, i'm digging that scoop!
