The dash is available from BMW, but it is very expensive, it comes in 2 parts, the carbon bit and the lookalike standard dash behind it, which is made from fibreglass. Both are bespoke and fiddly to fit, like most parts from Motorsport!
Vanne, the dash you linked to, is different to mine, I remember that one of the Z4 VLN cars had a dash from possibly Flossman, which was listed in his catalogue. It might have been around $600 ish a few years ago, but don't quote me!! It is in one of the photos on the link.
