I would put it to Hamilton that Russell can be had for much less salary and offer an amount that is coinciding with the going rate seing how good the W11 is. Hamilton has so much money he doesn't know what to do with it.
Then you aren't serious about winning. When you are intent on winning, you leave nothing on the table. And human capital is always the most expensive part of the equation.
