Okay, for each one, click on "Grab the HTML/BBCode".
It will give you something that looks like this:

You want to take that and strip out the image:
https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2856/...b6860cb2ce.jpg
Then you can wrap it in IMG tags and it should show on the forum.
