In comparing to the HPF cars, keep in mind that our Z4Ms don't have the same 6-speed that is used behind the S54 in the E46 M3. Out transmission is the same as is used in the E46 330s (ZHP and later 6-speed 330s).

That being said, most people who supercharge the E46 330 also find that the clutch held up pretty well. I'm new to the Z4M world, but I suspect the VT2-500 kit is making more torque that the forced induction kits produce on the 330.
