An engine lift is not needed. You only have to move the engine enough to create clearance for the bolts that mount the blower bracket.

It will vary depending on the shop. The local install price was quoted @ $749.00 and I was able to get it done for slightly less. I would contact your local ESS authorized shop to find out. Also, there was no tax on the install because it was all labor. This should give you a general idea
