I have an Eley hose reel. I can't say I'm in love with it. It doesn't turn easily and is essentially overloaded with the length of hose I have on it. I might like it better if it were less loaded.
It replaced a "Yard Butler" which worked very well for quite a long time, until the cheap Chinese steel gave way. Maybe 15 years or so? I bought ours at the local Ace Hardware store (Weaver's, the best hardware store on the planet!) but they have them in other places too.
