I changed my dsp module as above and HOLY COW!!
What a difference. That was the best 5 minutes I've spent on my car period. Thanks to everyone for the effort put in to this. BTW my dsp module was also version C02 (2007 M Coupe). I ended up just changing my original file through NCSdummy and recoding the module.
