The cops are watching the ACH very closely these days due to multiple accidents in the past couple weeks. They usually station there starting at around 9am. Going up at anytime past 9am would also mean you will be stuck behind massive motorcycle traffic as a lot of the bikers ride up during that time. Its going be a major buzz kill and a waste of your gas+time if you guys do the drive at the time you have set right now. Not to mention the parking lot will be packed at newcombs if you get there past 10am...not ideal for photoshoot. Just my 2 pennies.
