Vanos overhaul Completed yesterday. Everything was squeaky clean and tight with 63k on the motor. No loose cam bolts and no broken exhaust hub tabs. Only wear item was the chain tensioner and probably would have snapped in the next 20k miles. Vanos rattle is gone and car doesn't flatline between 7.5 and 8k anymore. If anyone local to the DMV area is looking for this service you must have DAFOE do it. Top notch guy and could probably do it with his eyes closed. This was the last preventative maintenance item on the list and now we wait for Turners new carbon air box, OEM catless headers and TTFS tune.
