Thanks. Just to confirm, you and I have the exact same setup, right?

Apex ARC-8 sized 18x8.5" ET38 with 245/40/R18 tires up front and the 18x9.5" ET22 with 275/35/R18 tires in the rear.

Brand new fender liners and yes, slight rub on the access panels at full lock with those 245/40/R18 tires up front.
