NCRC is the absolute best group I've been with. NASA puts on good events too, but they charge a lot so they can hire a bunch of instructors etc.
I'd go with NASA if I were a beginner and wanted to get up to speed as soon as possible.
But for just open track days with no hassle, and good people? NCRC all the way!
Trackmasters is kinda like NCRC, but @ NASA prices
